Pablo manages all equipment, food supplies, and climbers’ gear moving from Mendoza to all the base camps on the mountain. He and his team are stationed at our ranch, called Los Puquios, located at the entrance of Aconcagua Park. They organize and pack loads to be carried by our 170 mules to all five of our base camps.
Pablo is widely known by his peers as “The Shark,” due to the intense level of detail he pays to all gear leaving or returning from our expeditions. His role is key to our success and he is an outstanding manager.
