ACONCAGUA PRIVATE CLIMBS
CLIMBING ACONCAGUA – PRIVATE CLIMBS
There are many reasons to choose to participate in an Aconcagua Private Climb:
- Climb with your friends and family only.
- Choose the starting date you prefer.
- Shorter Climbs for those who would like to climb faster.
- Customize your itinerary and services to suit your specific needs.
Aconcagua Mountain Guides is always willing to accommodate your desires. Our guides enjoy working with families and groups of friends and look forward to working with you to design a private climb program that best suits your needs.
The chart below shows three different Aconcagua private climb programs that climbers often use.
- BASIC EXPEDITIONS: Do not provide hotels and transportation to the mountain and no porter assistance while climbing.
- FULL EXPEDITIONS : Have the exact same services and guide ratios as are SCHEDULED DEPARTURES as described in “CLIMBS”
- PREMIUM EXPEDITIONS: Provide all services as our Scheduled departures along with private tents and porters who basically carry all your required gear except extra clothes and water necessary to travel between each camp. You can use a small day pack for this!
Prices are given for each of these programs based on number of climbers in your expedition. (see bottom of webpage.)
We are happy to tailor any of these private programs to your goals and will supply pricing.
For more details on our private climbs and services see our Climbs page.
Note: We offer shorter private climbs as well. Contact us at info@aconcaguamg.com to get started.

Thank for you reaching out. We indeed reached the summit, and did so on a spectacularly beautiful day: sunshine, very little wind, and fairly warm weather (only -10 C or so). We had an amazing experience with our guide, Matoco. We would not have had such a perfect ascent and a safe trip overall had it not been for him. Other aspects also worked really well: we were warmly welcomed by the AMG staff at Confluencia and Plaza de Mulas. We got ample warm water (knowing we did not officially have any base camp support) and a small tray of fresh fruit and juice when we returned to basecamp after summiting. The mules and porters were all on time and nothing went amiss. All in all, we are super happy with AMG and our trip could not have gone any better! Christoph Dankert – Germany – & John Petito – USA
