Juan possesses over 25 years of experience in the mountaineering industry and has summited Aconcagua more than 60 times. Regarded as one of the most esteemed guides on the mountain, he has led professional expeditions for the past two decades, successfully ascending the highest peak in the Americas. Throughout his career, he has also undertaken numerous other significant climbs around the world, including successful summits of Denali in Alaska and Mt. Rainier in Washington.
Beyond his impressive climbing accomplishments, Juan is highly esteemed within the local mountaineering community for his expertise and ability to impart knowledge. As an instructor at the Provincial Mountain School, the training ground for Argentina’s top guides for the past three decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of professionals.
