Guadalupe is one of the first people our climbers connect with, and one of the last to stay in touch as they return home. As AMG’s Customer Service Liaison, she looks after every client throughout the entire journey, making sure everything is clear, organized, and taken care of from start to finish.
Her work begins well before each expedition, as she supports clients in their preparation and organizes key information. She keeps communication simple and direct, so when climbers arrive in Mendoza, they already feel on solid ground. Once in the city, she welcomes them at the airport, guides them through every step of the pre-expedition process, and remains available at all times, staying closely connected with both clients and the operations team.
Outside of AMG, she works as a fitness instructor, bringing energy, discipline, and a strong sense of well-being into everything she does. Steady, approachable, and always present, she ensures every client feels supported from arrival to the moment they are safely back home.
