CAROLINA RAMOS

Carolina plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of Aconcagua Mountain Guides, leading
all bookings and transportation logistics. From the moment climbers arrive in Mendoza to their
final transfer at the end of the expedition, she ensures every movement is planned, coordinated,
and executed with precision.
She manages all ground transportation for AMG’s operations, including scheduled transfers,
logistical resupplies, and emergency evacuations when required. Her role is critical in maintaining
operational continuity, especially in a dynamic environment where conditions can change quickly
and plans must adapt in real time.
In addition to her logistics responsibilities, Carolina supports the sales team and works directly
with clients during the preparation phase, helping them navigate schedules, transportation details,
and pre-expedition requirements. She serves as a key point of contact, bridging planning and
execution.
Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and calm problem-solving approach, Carolina keeps
complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Her work ensures that every climber,
guide, and team member moves safely and efficiently, making her an essential part of the AMG
system.
